Well, the new record of the Pixies did not quite meet everybodies‘ expectations. Still I wanted to go see them play at Gröna Lund – and it was pretty good. After the first 30 minutes everybody was warmed up it finally went off good and at the end I was quiet impressed. It was simply better than expected. So if you’ll get the chance and are having second thoughts: don’t, go see them! I also created a playlist of the setlist on Spotify:

Stockholm stand wieder eine royale Hochzeit bevor: Dieses mal war es Prinzessin Madeleine, die den bürgerlichen Chris O’Neill heiraten sollte. Anders als bei Kronprinzessin Victoria gab es hier eine etwas abgespecktere Variante eines royal weddings, aber ich konnte immerhin einige schöne Fotos schießen – noch schöner wäre es allerdings gewesen, wenn das Hochzeitspaar beim Vorbeifahren in der Kutsche auch in unsere Richtung gewunken hätte…
